Institute of Medicine/ Society for Simulation in Healthcare Lead Innovator Award

Geoff Miller, Assistant Professor, School of Health Professions and Andrew Cross, Director, Simulation Technology presented The Automated Intelligent Mentoring System (AIMS): Applying Game Technology to Advance Medical Education at the Institute of Medicine(IOM)/Society for Simulation in Healthcare(SSH) Gaming Arcade on April 23rd, 2015 during the Envisioning the Future of Health Professional Education Workshop in Washington, DC.  The arcade consisted of 26 innovations that were demonstrated and judged by a panel of judges.  Geoff and Andrew were awarded the lead innovator award and asked to present AIMS to the entire workshop on April 24th.
